By providing your phone number and texting our clinic, or by providing your phone number on one of our forms and checking the SMS consent box, you consent to receive conversational and informational SMS messages from Trailhead Pediatrics.

Appointment Reminders
Automated appointment reminders are provided through our electronic health records system (Office Practicum) as a separate service. Consent for those reminders is collected during the patient intake process and is separate from the direct text messaging described above.
